This clarification text has been prepared by Net Aksesuar Bilişim Ürünleri as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Our companies enterances and depot are recording with 11 cameras in total for security and and the registration process is supervised by the IT unit.
The personal data in question is processed automatically, based on the legal reason “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” in Article 5 of the Law and “the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.The personal data in question may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement authorities upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
