Product Acceptance and Delivery Terms:

Product acceptance and delivery are carried out on weekdays between 08:00 – 17:00. The decision to accept or reject products will be finalized after inspection by our service. Products that have been completed and personally picked up are delivered against the “Fault Tracking Form.” Products must be delivered with the purchase invoice and warranty certificate.

For Defective Products Sent by Cargo:

After notifying the defective product through the contact form below or by emailing teknik@netbilisim-tr.com, you can send it to us with the MNG cargo approval code that will be provided to you if deemed appropriate.

User Errors That Will Void the Product Warranty:

  • Inadequate packaging
  • Cracks and breaks in the product
  • Tampering with or missing screws on the product
  • Dents, impacts, and scratches on any part of the product
  • Damage occurring during unhealthy transportation
  • Tampering with or replacing electronic parts
  • Damage to any part of the product
  • Changing or rendering the serial number unreadable
  • Sticking non-removable labels or remnants of removed labels on the product
  • Extreme heat, extreme cold, humidity, dust accumulation
  • All faults arising from electrical networks
  • Intervention by an unauthorized service

In these cases, the product will be serviced outside of warranty coverage.
